How to Use
- Prepare your arm: Sit on a back-supported chair with your legs uncrossed, resting your arm at heart level. Remove thick or tight-fitting garments from the upper arm.
- Position the cuff: Slide the cuff over the bare upper arm. The lower edge should rest approximately 1 to 2 cm above the crease of your elbow.
- Align the artery: Ensure the artery mark (printed on the cuff) is placed directly over the brachial artery, which runs down the front center of your arm.
- Secure: Pull the end of the cuff to wrap it snugly, but not too tight. You should be able to slide two fingers under the cuff.
- Measure: Keep your arm still, avoid moving or speaking, and begin the measurement on your blood pressure monitor.

- Sizing is critical: Using the wrong cuff size is a major cause of erroneous blood pressure readings. Always ensure your arm falls within the specified measurement range.
- Allergy safety: The cuff is constructed with 100% latex-free and PVC-free materials, making it suitable for users with latex allergies.
- Skin irritation: Discontinue use and consult your doctor immediately if you experience persistent skin irritation or discomfort while the cuff inflates.
- Hygiene: To keep the cuff sanitary, remove the internal TPU bladder before cleaning. The soft outer cover can be hand-washed or machine-washed (usually at max 43°C / 110°F)
