The Microlife BP B3 AFIB is a clinically validated, fully automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor. It features patented AFIBsens technology to detect Atrial Fibrillation (AF) during routine measurements, helping identify a major risk factor for strokes.

How to Use
- Prepare: Avoid eating, exercising, or smoking for 30 minutes before measuring. Sit and rest calmly for at least 5 minutes before you begin.
- Apply Cuff: Remove tight or thick clothing from your upper arm. Place the cuff 1-2 cm above your elbow with the artery mark positioned over the inner side of your arm. Ensure it is snug but not too tight.
- Measure: Sit with your legs uncrossed and your arm resting on a flat surface. Press the START/STOP button.
- Remain Still: Breathe normally, do not talk, and do not tense your arm muscles while the cuff inflates and slowly deflates
- View Results: Your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate will appear on the extra-large screen. If the AFIB symbol appears, it indicates a possible irregular heartbeat.
Precautions & Disclaimer
- Consult your doctor if the AFIB symbol appears consistently, but do not self-diagnose.
- The device may provide inaccurate readings or fail to detect AF in individuals with pacemakers or defibrillators.
