How to Use
- Preparation: Avoid eating, bathing, smoking, or caffeine for 30 minutes prior. Rest and relax in a seated position for 5–10 minutes before measuring.
- Cuff Placement: Slide your arm through the cuff. Place the cuff 1–2 cm above your elbow. Ensure the artery mark points down your inner arm and sits over your artery. Ensure the cuff is level with your heart.
- Measurement: Press the ON/OFF button. The cuff will inflate and deflate automatically. Remain still, breathe normally, and do not speak until the result displays on the screen.
- IHB Indicator: If the IHB symbol appears on the screen, it indicates an irregular heartbeat was detected during the reading.
Precautions & Disclaimer
- Device Handling: Protect the monitor from water, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and mechanical shocks.
- Cuff Care: The cuff is sensitive; only inflate it when it is properly fitted to the arm.
