Product Specification
- Volume: 100ml (approx. 600 sprays)
- Active Ingredients: Concentrated Zechstein Inside® Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate solution (28% concentration), Aqua (Water), Glycerin, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil, and associated natural essential oil components (linalool, limonene, geraniol).
- Dosage Info: 10 sprays deliver a minimum of 75mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
- Certifications: Suitable for vegans and vegetarians; free from synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, and parabens.
How to Use
- Routine Application: Apply 5 to 10 sprays around the body (such as the neck, shoulders, and legs) and massage well into the skin.
- Timing: Best applied 30 minutes before bedtime on clean, dry skin. Applying right after a warm shower or bath helps because open pores maximize absorption.
- For Night Waking or Cramps: If sleep is disrupted or you experience restless legs/cramping, spray 2 to 3 direct pumps onto the calves or feet and massage thoroughly.
Precautions & Disclaimer
- External Use Only: Avoid contact with delicate areas, mucous membranes, and the eyes.
- Broken Skin: Do not apply to damaged, freshly shaved, or broken skin.
- The "Magnesium Tingle": Initial applications may cause a slight tingling or prickling sensation on the skin. This is completely normal, temporary, and often indicates low cellular magnesium levels; it lessens with regular use. If skin irritation persists or becomes severe, discontinue use immediately.
- Age & Special Conditions: Recommended for adults and children aged 13 and above. For children under 12 or during pregnancy/nursing, the unscented BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original spray is typically recommended instead. Consult your GP or midwife if you have underlying medical concerns.
